Touch Your Tits!

Hi friend, I have a question for you - when is the last time your breasts were touched in a non-sexualized way?

If your existence is anything like mine, they have rarely been touched without the demand of something more coming afterwards. So let’s experiment for a moment, shall we?

I invite you to lovingly put your hands onto them. Softly cup your breasts for a moment. Feel the warmth of your hands on your own body. Take a few deep breaths and sigh out through your mouth. Find a moment of gratitude for this part of your body. Give me one more big breath and let everything go.

It’s 5am as I am writing this to you - my brain found a sweet smile at the idea of a bunch of vulva-havers around the globe lovingly touching themselves - even if it was just for a moment.

I remember the first yoni mapping session I ever had where Kiki massaged my breasts for a full 20 minutes and I remember soft tears falling from the side of my face because no one had ever touched me like that before.

The act of receiving really is an art form - it requires practice to lean in and explore.

In my sexuality training, I learned extensively about the power of non-sexualized touch. Receiving that kind of love and care from another sister was so healing for me.

I wonder - what is your relationship like to your breasts?
Can you let yourself get quiet for a moment and explore how you truly feel about them?
Have you ever desired that they were bigger or smaller?
Have you wished that your areolas were a different shade or size?
If you’re like me, you may wish for them to be a bit perkier.

We place a lot of demands upon our bodies and our minds to be different than they actually are. So my sweet, I’d love for you to fall in love with your breasts - exactly as they are.

Self love is the foundation that we all need to stand upon to feel embodied, whole and joyful in this life.

So if you are ready to wholeheartedly fall in love with yourself - choose an area where you want to begin. I have found starting with an area that was sexualized without my consent is a great jumping off point.

I’m still not quite sure when in my life, I went from being a teenage girl to overnight a teenage girl with breasts that were ogled by men but I can tell you, that is when I learned to hate my body for not being “perfect”.

Here are some tips on how to fall in love with your breasts -

  • Explore a daily breast massage meditation practice - see below

  • Change your body language - check in with your posture, roll your shoulders, try to open up your chest

  • If you have had a negative relationship to your body and breasts, affirm positive statements about your breasts outloud

  • Explore not wearing a bra for a day and see how that feels for you

Every act of self love starts with one action - which will yours be today?

Below is a teaser from a Sensual Breast Massage Meditation that I recorded for the
Behind Closed Doors Membership.

The membership is designed for female bodied individuals and vulva-havers to explore how to touch and fall in love with their breasts. The membership portal is full of powerful sensual workshops, meditations, Breathwork experiences and beyond to help cultivate self love and a deeper connection
