I'm the friend you come to when you want to talk about all things that make other people blush - including sex.
Honestly, I’m just another gal who faked pleasure well into her 30’s, I’m also a gal who traveled the world seeking answers and have since helped tens of thousands of people reconnect with their deep inner selves.
Whether teaching beautiful souls Breathwork in Bali, or somatic healing techniques to CEO’s in the bustling towers of New York City, to capturing and reading auras to celebrities and clients like The Real Housewives of NJ and Drew Barrymore - my experience paired with my gentle and unique framework for reconnecting with your sensuality has set me up to serve souls, exactly like yourself.
I want you to feel like you have found the right guide for this brave step as you endeavor into the delicate realm of your sensuality.
I don’t take this work lightly and I cherish every client I have the pleasure of working with.
A little bit of backstory
How did I get here?
My story has been colourful since I hit burnout in Corporate America.
This led me to traveling the world and studying alongside some of the world’s best expert holistic wellness workers.
Now, I lead souls who have decided to become curious about exploring their sexuality and I utilize Breathwork & my Sexuality training to create dynamic programs to elicit long lasting change for my clients.
If I’m being honest, I never thought that I would get to guide people back to their pleasure and joy for a living but here we are and
I love every second of it.
2017
The Beginning
My OLD LIFE NEEDED A NEW DIRECTION
My corporate career was no longer fulfilling me,
so I decided to get certified as a Breathwork Facilitator.
I began leading Breathwork Groups in Brooklyn, New York where I realized that people were yearning for connection and they simply wanted to be held as they dove into their healing. I finally felt a sense of belonging and my soul felt fulfilled leading these healing journeys for others.
2018
I Left America
My soul desired to travel
After six months of leading soul fulfilling Breathwork experiences - I needed to see what else was out there.
I quit my fancy job, grabbed my best friend and booked a one way ticket to Europe. I had no idea that these adventures would lead me to teaching Breathwork overseas but it was an amazing experience to see that I could offer this modality to strangers throughout the globe.
2019
Bali Became Home
My BODY wanted to BREATHE
After months on the road, traveling through amazing cities throughout the globe - my body landed in Bali and I had no idea that my entrepreneurial existence would transform and truly come alive. Bali provided me with thousands of new souls to guide through Breathwork and I felt like I had truly found my people and where I was destined to lay down roots.
2019
I Explored Celibacy
i yearned to feel more pleasure
Bali was full of the hottest people I’ve ever seen.
I was in and out of strangers bedrooms far too often.
I was faking pleasure and self abandoning my needs so I embarked on a stint with celibacy to uncover what was going on under the surface.
Around this time, I was introduced to yoni massage by Kiki Maree and after my first session, I knew it was time to stop faking pleasure and I got curious about what turned me on.
I then began her training to become a Somatic Sexologist and Yoni Mapping Facilitator which I completed in 2021.
2021
Heartache
Consumed Me
i decided to return to my roots
After surviving a narcissistic abusive relationship during the pandemic - I made the choice to return to the States to heal. Cue 6 months of deep EMDR therapy and a lot of tears.
This time was extremely challenging but this heartache led me to connecting to heaps of women who had endured similar experiences and who wanted to be guided back to their joy and pleasure.
From here, I moved to Philadelphia, PA where I entered a safe and trustworthy relationship, fell in love with the community and began to establish myself as the premiere Yoni Mapping Facilitator on the East Coast.
